Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process:

• Initial editorial screening for compliance with submission guidelines.
• Assignment to two independent reviewers.
• Based on reviewers' feedback:
• If both approve, the manuscript proceeds to publication.
• If both reject, the manuscript is declined.
• If opinions diverge, a third reviewer may be consulted.

Authors are required to revise manuscripts in line with reviewers' comments. The editor makes the final publication decision after evaluating the revisions.
